1. Who is responsible

This website is presented by Felix Li (李宗源), founder and FEC project consultant. Commercial enquiries are handled by Felix together with Zhejiang Tangtang Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd., located at Yangwan Industrial Zone, Qiaoxia Town, Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. The company is responsible for commercial enquiry records used for project manufacturing and fulfilment.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the contact and company details you provide, project location, venue and equipment requirements, dimensions, age group, budget, schedule, delivery needs, notes, and any floor plans, CAD files or site photos you choose to upload. We may also store the referring page and campaign parameters so we can understand how the enquiry reached us.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess project feasibility, prepare layout and equipment recommendations, estimate price and schedule, coordinate shipping or installation support, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of the business conversation.
