1. Website purpose
This personal consulting website is presented by Felix Li for commercial buyers considering playground, trampoline, soft-play, outdoor-play or related FEC projects. It is not intended for direct consumer purchases.
2. Enquiries are not orders
Submitting a form, receiving advice or an initial concept, discussing a budget or receiving an estimated range does not create a purchase contract. Equipment orders and commercial responsibilities are governed only by an accepted written quotation, sales contract or other agreement issued by the business entity named in that document.
3. Project information
You are responsible for providing accurate site dimensions, clear height, floor plans, destination, intended age group, operating conditions and other information needed for design. Changes or inaccurate inputs may affect layout, pricing, production, safety review and schedule.
4. Concepts, images and specifications
Website images include completed-project references, company documentation and clearly labeled concept examples. Colors, dimensions, functions, materials and final appearance may change during project engineering. Only the specifications in the final contract and approved drawings apply to an order.
5. Standards and installation
Applicable safety standards, conformity documentation, site preparation, installation, inspection and maintenance responsibilities depend on the destination and project scope. They must be confirmed in the project documentation. Website certificate images do not by themselves certify every product, layout or completed installation.
6. Pricing and timelines
Any early price or timeline is indicative until equipment scope, engineering, commercial terms, destination, freight and installation requirements are confirmed. Currency movements, logistics, revisions and site conditions may affect the final proposal.
7. Uploaded materials
You confirm that you are authorized to share any plans, photographs, drawings, brand assets or reference material you upload. We may use them only as reasonably needed to review and respond to your project enquiry, subject to the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The website's original text, layout and company materials may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission. Ownership and permitted use of custom concepts, drawings and production files are governed by the applicable quotation or contract.
9. Website availability
We aim to keep the website and enquiry form available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If the form is unavailable, use the listed WhatsApp contact and do not send urgent or safety-critical instructions only through the website.
